Contact us to set up your digital connection. We'll guide you through the setup process for your specific scanner platform — whether that's 3Shape Communicate, iTero Element, Medit Link, or Dentsply Sirona Connect. Setup is quick and free.
Take your intraoral scan as normal. When ready, submit the case directly from your scanner software to Sense Dental Lab. Include shade selection, restoration type, and any clinical notes or photos through the platform's case notes feature.
Our skilled technicians receive your scan, digitally design the restoration using advanced CAD software, and fabricate it with precision milling and hand-finishing. You'll receive a notification when your case is in progress and when it's dispatched.
Your finished restoration is carefully packaged and delivered to your practice on time and ready to fit. With digital workflow, you can expect faster delivery, exceptional fit, and a smoother experience for both you and your patient.

Visit the 3Shape Communicate Portal. If you don't have an account, complete the registration process and log in.
After completing your design in Dental System or TRIOS Design Studio:
If you need to connect with external software or devices, follow the 3Shape API documentation or contact their support team to set up a custom integration.
Visit the MyiTero Portal. If you don't have an account, sign up and log in.
After completing your scan on the iTero scanner:
To integrate with external software, enable STL export: use the "Export STL" feature in the MyiTero portal to download the data or upload it to a designated platform.
To integrate iTero with other systems, utilise the iTero API or contact Align Technology's support team to request a custom setup.
Visit the Medit Link Portal. If you don't already have an account, sign up and log in.
After completing your scan in the Medit software:
If you need the data with other software, use the "Export STL" option in Medit Link: open the case, select "Export", and save the STL files locally or to a cloud platform.
For custom integrations with Medit scanners, use the Medit API or contact Medit support for assistance in setting up an automated workflow.
Visit the Sirona Connect Portal. If you don't have an account, sign up and log in.
After completing your scan in CEREC or a Sirona system:
If external sharing is required: enable STL export in your system settings (if supported), then save the file locally or share it via a cloud platform or email.
If you require direct integration with other systems or labs, consult the Dentsply Sirona support team for setting up advanced workflows or API-based connections.
